Our projects

We source and provide high-quality solar panels, inverters, and other components to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity of your solar system.

About this project

The Solar Water Pumping System for the well in Galkacyo was designed and implemented to address water scarcity in the Mudug region. The primary objective was to provide a sustainable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly water supply solution for the local community and nearby settlements.By harnessing solar energy, the system ensures a reliable water source while reducing operational costs and environmental impact

        Key Features of the Project:

  • Solar Pump Installation:
A high-efficiency solar pump was installed to draw water from the well,
ensuring consistent water availability for domestic and agricultural needs.
    Solar Array Setup:
A 10kW solar panel array was installed to power the pump, minimizing
reliance on fossil fuels or grid electricity.
  • Water Storage Capacity:
A storage tank with a capacity of 20,000 liters was integrated into the
system to ensure a continuous water supply during low sunlight hours.
  • Automated Monitoring System:
The system includes a smart controller for pump operation, monitoring
water levels, and optimizing energy use.
  • Environmental Sustainability:
The solar-powered solution eliminates greenhouse gas emissions and
reduces the carbon footprint, contributing to Somalia’s renewable energy
    goals

Project Outcome

The Solar Water Pumping System is now operational, providing a consistent
and affordable water supply while improving the quality of life for the
community. The project exemplifies the transformative potential of renewable
energy solutions in addressing critical humanitarian needs in Somalia.
